Kanye West Raises $1 Million through DMX Tribute Shirt

read’s the caption on the post made on the official DMX’s Instagram account. Posted alongside this was also a faded black T-shirt with the photo of the late artist printed on the front, and his dates of birth and death printed on the sleeves.
According to TMZ, the shirts, which were selling for $200 each, have already sold out a day after they were made available and that they’ve already raised $1 million for the Simmons family.
Kanye West, among many other Hip Hop giants like Jay Z , Swizz Beatz and Nas was present throughout DMX’s “Celebration of Life” on Saturday. It was also reported that Yeezy’s Sunday Service choir performed at the memorial service. He also helped with setting up the memorial that took place at Barclays Center.
